Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options.
Are my payment details secure?
Yes, we use SSL encryption to ensure that your payment details are safe and never stored on our servers.
Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later options?
Currently there is an option to use Buy Now Pay Later through PayPal's Pay in 4. We'll endeavour to increase more options in future.
Can I pay with multiple payment methods?
At this stage, you can only mix payments by using store credits in your Wallet.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship to?
In most cases, we ship to all across Australia. Please check any product specific restrictions before purchasing.
How much does shipping cost?
We have so many products available without any additional shipping costs. There are some products where shipping cost is charged separately and it may vary by region.
Do you provide tracking with shipment?
All the products we ship always have tracking available and updated on your account page and notified in your email.
Store Credit and Wallet
How do I earn store credit?
You may earn store credit based on the promotions running at the time.
Can I add balance to my Wallet?
You can manually add balance to your wallet at any stage and use it for your future purchases.
Do store credits have expiry date?
Unless and otherwise specified specifically, all store credits expire after 60 days from the date of issue.
